Villa Vithania is a self catering, rental holiday villa, which comfortably sleeps 12 persons in 6 double bedrooms.

There are many different spaces in the villa, to ensure quality time as a group, or to allow our guests to enjoy different activities at the same time. The entire large garden is enclosed, so children can play and explore freely, whilst the swimming pool is situated a small distance from the villa, so the delighted sounds of swimmers won’t carry too loudly to the bedrooms!

The choice of double or single rooms gives our guests more versatility, regarding sleeping arrangements.

The garden of the villa can accommodate small pets, for those who cannot be separated from their beloved animals during their holidays.

The villa is as stunning as the description and photos make it out to be. We were a family (all siblings) coming for a much needed get together and relaxation. The villa was immaculate, with every detail thought of.

The location of the villa is perfect, with a 10 minute walk to the port and town of Aegina, where all bars, restaurants, conveniences are located. Restaurants with tables on the sand, views from cocktail bars to die for and just lovely locals. Supermarket and fresh bakery are 5 minute walk away.

The pool is a delight and a welcome addition. Truly luxury holiday in a truly luxury villa. We will be back

We were 12 (including teenagers and young adults) to stay in villa vithania during a week and had a wonderful experience. The (large) villa is fantastically well decorated and charming. There is everything you need to spend a great holiday.

One of the places that must not be missed is the island of moni: the water there is crystal clear.

Another great thing
is the fact that the house is not far from the port, where there are nice shops and and places to go for a drink. Finally, we loved the fact that there are few foreign tourists on aegina – all in all a great holiday. I can recommend villa vithania without any hésitation

“We spent four amazing nights in this luxurious villa located within walking distance of a small greek port town with many restaurants.  I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay close to Athens.”

Åsa“We highly recommend Villa Vithania, it’s a wonderful place to stay. The villa is beautifully furnished with exceptional attention to detail. It is an old house that has been carefully restored. The pool was always clean and there are plenty of umbrellas and comfy sun beds. The pool is filled with salt water from the sea, and there is a fresh water shower next to it. There are several terraces for dining or lounging. Christine is very service-minded and accommodated all our requests – from fixing things that did not work in the house to getting us a barbecue to use. She has plenty of good recommendations that you might need – supermarkets, stores, excursions, restaurants etc. The complimentary cleaning every other day was much appreciated. The villa is walking distance to restaurants and bars and the fish market in the harbour, as well as to the supermarket. It is good to know that there is no nice beach at walking distance, you need to go by taxi/car/bike. We highly recommend renting a boat for a day, we went with (URL HIDDEN) they can accommodate larger groups in one boat. Very friendly and professional staff. Renting bikes is a cheap and lovely way to explore the beaches of the island and the fishing village Perdika. Aegina is mainly visited by Greek tourists which gives it an authentic feel. The island is easy to get to, there are several ferry options from Piraeus port in Athens. There is a slightly mad lady living next door to the villa, but for most part of our stay we were not bothered by her.”
