Experience luxurious holidays in a historic home on an artistic Greek island. The Villa Vithania residence is a two-story villa, of approximately 200 square meters (2.173ft2) each. Each floor has its own independent entrance, with an interior staircase connecting the two floors. A separate Guesthouse fully furnished for occupancy of 4 persons is also available within the property at an additional fee. The villa is tastefully furnished, and meticulous preservation has been made by the owners to maintain its historic style, while at same time fully equipped for the comfort of modern living and technological needs. Every possible amenity is available to ensure all necessities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, two of which offer a breathtaking view of the Saronic Bay and its magnificent sunsets. The third bedroom has windows which overlook the garden of the villa. Each bedroom has a comfortable king size double bed (except one which offers a queen size bed), a large wardrobe and a writing desk. There is also a living room, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom which includes a bath with shower, and a separate WC. The upper floor has two large balconies, one at the entrance of the house, with spectacular views across the blue Aegean Sea and a second one facing the back garden of the villa, with its tall palm trees.
The lower floor also consists of three bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a large wardrobe and a writing desk. There is a spacious living room divided into two sections, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with both a bath and shower and two separate WCs. From the living room there is direct access to the patio areas outside, shaded by the palm trees.
There is a private swimming pool in the garden, with a special section for young children. Sun beds with side tables are located around the pool, in addition to dining tables and chairs. The garden has a wide variety of trees including many pistachio trees, the ‘trademark’ of the island. There is also a wide range of flowers and bushes and a number of palm trees, which make the garden even more beautiful. The garden of the villa can accommodate small pets, for those who cannot be separated from their beloved animals during their holidays, provided the pets have been properly trained, so as to minimise the risk of complaints from the neighbours. In the grounds of the villa there are two small buildings. One of these is a guesthouse (not included in the price), the second building is used for the organizational needs of the villa.
